Wreaths

Hi guys, I just added a line of primitive and americana wreaths. As you know I love wreaths, and I'm always looking for new and different looks. There is just something about the way a wreath or swag, looks on a door that says "Welcome." I don't know about anyone else, but whe I see a wreath on a door I think "now these people must be warm and friendly." Did you ever realize when you were young, when you take a child  trick-or-treating, how if the house isn't decorated you just don't bother to knock? It's the inviting feeling you get from a simple decoration that says "welcome, I have candy!" Think about it from now on, take 1 min.aside from your busy day, and put something on your front door that says "welcome", or "hi," and you yourself will feel warm and fuzzy the next time you walk up to your own door after a hectic day.

Busy Busy Busy

Well it's been a while since I've updated but I've been busy busy busy. I have been updating new products to my primitive line, while trying to work on spring and summer lines for my modern crafts and decor line. It's really hard to work on projects now that it's warm out, and the children want to play outside. Meanwhile I've made a couple more friends here, as you can see. Check them out and take a look at how other people are creative in their own ways. I get alot of people asking me " Why show other crafters, that could take business away?" My answer to that is they don't. My goal was to find others that share my passion which is crafting, and having my own business. It's working not only for me, but everyone is helping one another out. Don't look at it as taking away business, but lending a helping hand, because in the long run we all want the same thing, to be successful. I commend all of my friends on here, and I wish them all the luck in the world!

New Products

Hi all, I haven't been on in a while, but for good reasons. I have been so busy with setting up a new site to link back to my ecrater store, and most of all I have a whole new line of products. I finally started selling my favorite all time products, Primitives! Everyone that knows me knows how much of a primitive junky I am. It's just that warm cozy feeling it gives my home, and that same cozy feeling I get when I enter a primitive or country home. I'm doing great, and I have customers now. I also made a new friend on here. She handpaints mailboxes, and they are just the cutest! You should check her out on my friends list. Wow, just a couple of blogs ago I was hoping to attract customers, and now I have them! I'm so happy and business is just getting better and better. Keep checking back, and check out my newest site, and products.

A Big Thank You

Hey everyone, what a week! Look at how many responses I've gotten so far. It's amazing how much of an impact a blog and a few pictures can make. I'm excited because it's turning out just the way I wanted. As most of you all ready know, I don't have all of the computer smarts to make a web page or web site for that matter. The main question I get is "how did you do it?" well I was tired of looking around for someone to help me with a page and one day a fellow ecrater I believe with the link (//craftycrochet.ecrater.com/) put up a thread asking for people to check out her live space. I figured since I already belong to msn, why not try it. It was so simple (and trust me I need simple), that I came out with a page that expresses me! This page gets me alot of traffic to my store and I highly reccomend it. I want to thank all those who are supporting me, especially henhousecollectibles. Please keep checking back.Red heart

Blog Turnout

Hey Everyone! It's been just about a week, and I've had a huge turn out with my blog. So many people have logged in and have given me their urls. If you look to the right, in the box  that says "check out these..", you can see all of the responses I've gotten. The point of my blog was not only to promote my own business, but to help promote others as well. Many people have been kind enough to add my url to their sites, and I wanted to repay the favor. As you can see I did just that, and met my goal for the week, . All of the sites I posted on here are fellow ecraters with wonderful stores, products and services. Please check out their sites as well as mine to see a wide variety of things that may interest you. Thank you all for stopping by, and keep checking back with me as I go along on this fun and exciting journey.
